The Minority Business Development Department (MBD) works to foster a company-wide atmosphere of support and appreciation for the value diversity brings to Disney’s workforce, partnerships and supplier base. Through our MBD department we seek to build relationships with diverse businesses and professional organizations that contribute to the economic well-being in our communities.
The Minority Business Development team has established partnerships with key business based organizations and programs. These partnerships are mutually beneficial: Some of these partnerships provide access to diverse suppliers and talent while others provide access to diverse market insights in the communities where Walt Disney Parks & Resorts operate.
