Belinda Frazier
Manager, Minority Business Development

Belinda Frazier is the Manager for Walt Disney World’s Minority Business Development.  Through this, she provides leadership for the development of partnerships to increase company value.  Her responsibilities as team leader include increasing supplier diversity and developing partnerships with minority professionals, organizations and businesses, with a primary focus on African-American segments and women’s groups.  Belinda’s ultimate goal is to enhance the Disney brand and appeal as a cutting-edge conference destination within women and minority owned businesses through programming, sponsorships, and a variety of other resources.

During Belinda’s career with Walt Disney World, she has held various roles in marketing strategy including brand manager for the African American segment multicultural marketing where she launched Disney’s Dreamers Academy with Steve Harvey and brand manager for Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Water parks where she worked on the launch strategy for New Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom.

Belinda obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from Clark Atlanta University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.  She is also a member of the board of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, the Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida, and the leadership board for the United Negro College Fund of Central and North Florida.

 

Lourdes Mola
Manager, Minority Business Development

Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts
Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

Lourdes Mola focuses her efforts as Manager of Disney’s Minority Business Development on the Hispanic and Women’s market segments of the minority business community. In this role, Lourdes has the primary responsibility for establishing business-to-business relationships with multicultural businesses and civic and professional associations while creating relationships that include sponsorship activation, community engagement and collaboration.

Lourdes’s career with Walt Disney World has provided a myriad of professional growth opportunities. She has enjoyed a progression of leadership roles beginning with the launch of Disney Cruise Line, followed by exciting tenures with Disney Fairy Tale Weddings, Disney Event Group and Disney Resort Sales attracting Multicultural Markets prior to her 2011 appointment to her current position.

Lourdes is an active member of the community, serving on numerous nonprofit boards including the Central Florida Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund of Metro Orlando and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando. Lourdes is also involved with the Hispanic American Professional and Business Women’s Association, Girl Scouts of America, ALPFA, and League of United Latin American Citizens.
