Belinda Frazier
Senior Manager, Minority Business Development

Belinda provides leadership for the strategic development and coordination of partnerships with key local, state and national stakeholders to drive value for the company.  Her scope of responsibilities include supplier diversity initiatives as well as partnership development with minority professional organizations and business enterprises that advance Walt Disney World® Resort’s reputation and appeal as a premier corporate citizen/conference destination among multicultural guest segments.

Belinda collaborates with Disney partners to identify opportunities that create value for both the organization and Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.  It is the ultimate goal of her work to enhance the Disney brand within minority business communities through placement of programming, sponsorships and other resources. 

Belinda holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.  She is a member of the board of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida and is active with the Central Florida National Black MBA Association.

 

Lourdes Mola
Manager, Minority Business Development

As a strategic business partner for Walt Disney World Resort and East Coast Minority Business Development strategies, Lourdes focuses her efforts on the Hispanic and Women’s market segments of the minority business community. In this role, Lourdes has the primary responsibility for establishing business-to-business relationships with multicultural business, civic and professional associations while creating relationships that may include sponsorship activation, community engagement and collaboration.

Lourdes is active in a number of community organizations including League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), National Association of Women Business Owners and MANA, a National Latina mentoring organization.

 

Matt Thursam
Manager, Supplier Diversity

Matt Thursam is Manager of Minority Business Development for The Walt Disney World Resort. Matt manages the Supplier Diversity Program for the Walt Disney Resorts through partnerships with internal departments in Florida and California, as well as relevant business organizations throughout the United States.

In this role, Matt identifies qualified and certified Minority and Women-owned businesses (MWBEs) and matches them against Disney’s procurement and bidding opportunities. He also facilitates mentoring and development of MWBEs through partnerships with community-based organizations, while partnering with Resort Sales to bring minority and women-based organizations to the Walt Disney World Resort for their conferences, workshops and tradeshows.

Matt is the past President of the Florida Minority Business Development Council Central Chapter, is part of the FMSDC certification review committee and a member of the Osceola Hispanic Business Council Board of Directors. He sits on the USPAACC-SE Board of Directors and Executive Steering Committee for the “Go for the Greens” WBE Conference.

 

Angeline Aguayo
Minority Business Development Representative

Angeline manages sponsorship activation efforts to fully leverage business partnerships within minority and women market segments and provides direct client service and support. In this role, Angeline ensures brand integrity and reputation and provides enhancements to events and programs that demonstrate the “Disney Difference” by leveraging company assets to bring added value to our partners.
