Meet the Team

About Minority Business Development

Our primary mission is to support the growth, development, expansion, and increased utilization of minority- and women-owned business enterprises (MWBEs). We build solid partnerships and mutually beneficial relationships with minority-based businesses, community leaders, organizations and professional associations. Through these relationships, we foster a company-wide atmosphere of support and appreciation for the value diversity brings to Disney.
