Disney Helping Kids Shine Grants: 2010 Funding

Disney Helping Kids Shine Grants is the premier charitable giving program for the Walt Disney World Resort and provides funding for organizations or agency programs that focus on four specific ways of helping children: connecting with adults, constructive use of free time, character development, and compassion. Walt Disney World Resort accepts grant applications from qualified non-profit charitable organizations in the Central Florida defined geographic areas of Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, and Seminole counties.

Applications for the 2010 Disney Helping Kids Shine Grants were made available through February 4, 2010. Grant recipients will be chosen by a panel of judges comprising Central Florida community leaders and Walt Disney World Cast Members.  Information about the 2011 funding cycle will be available on this site in fall 2010.
