With international travelers making Walt Disney World Resort a holiday location of choice, Disney continues to make inroads in providing special services to meet the needs of all guests.
International Traveler Assistance now includes:
- Language Assistance — By dialing 407/824-2222, guests can be connected with a Walt Disney World operator and a phone interpreter.
- International Information Centers — Five centers located in the theme parks and at Downtown Disney, identified on guide maps by the “i” graphic symbol, are staffed by multilingual cast members who can assist with currency exchange, itinerary planning, dining reservations, ticket purchases and other information.
- Cast Member Language Assistance — In Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and all Disney resorts, cast members who speak languages in addition to English wear a gold badge with a flag from that country on their name tag.
