Disney-Pixar “Monsters University” stars Mike and Sulley drop in from MU to scare up monstrous surprises all summer long at Walt Disney World Resort. Guests can meet the dynamic duo in an all-new collegiate setting at Disney’s Hollywood Studios or visit the gang at Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor in Magic Kingdom for new comedy bits in honor of their alma mater. The monstrous fun kicks off with a 24-hour Disney Parks “All-Nighter” May 24 at Magic Kingdom in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. and Disneyland and Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, Calif. 2012 Tower of Terror 10-Miler Start Line

The inaugural Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 10-Miler begins Sept. 29, 2012 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The frighteningly fun course steered more than 10,000 runners through ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex before returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, located at Walt Disney World Resort.The 2013 Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 10-Miler Weekend is scheduled for Oct. 4-5, 2013. 2012 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Start Line

Nearly 14,000 runners start their main course at the Wine & Dine Half Marathon at Walt Disney World on Nov. 10, 2012, dashing from ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney through Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios before finishing at Epcot. Runners and their guests celebrated with an Epcot International Food & Wine Festival post-race party. The 2013 Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend is scheduled for Nov. 8 – 9, 2013. Opening its doors in the France Pavilion each morning at 9 a.m., ahead of the 11 a.m. opening of World Showcase, Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie offers delightful French sweets and savories for Epcot guests throughout the day. Menu items include espressos, sweets, soups, sandwiches, salads and authentic French dishes such as quiche, Croque Monsieur (grilled ham and cheese) and pissaladiere, a pizza-like dish from the South of France.
