A team of chefs from Boma Ð Flavors of Africa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge cook and plate pan-seared duck breast with cherry chutney and duck cracklings for guests of Party for the Senses during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World Resort.
