Greeting  Guests with Tantalizing Trout

Celebrity Chef Kevin Dundon of Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant serves Roasted Round Trout with toasted almonds and Champagne lemon butter emulsion to Party for the Senses guests Oct. 5, at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World Resort. During the festival, Dundon also hosted a Signature Dinner at Raglan Road and Culinary Demonstrations at the Festival Center. Party for the Senses events continue every Saturday through Nov. 2, 2013.
