“Frushi,” made from fresh strawberries, pineapple and melon rolled with coconut rice featured at Hanami Outdoor Kitchen in the Japan pavilion during the 21st Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival (March 5 – May 18, 2014). It’s the festival’s second year to feature garden- and backyard-living-inspired food and beverage items at 11 Outdoor Kitchens around the World Showcase promenade.
