David Bromstad, “HGTV Design Star” and “ColorSplash,” will take the stage May 17-19 to present ”The Power of Color” during the 20th Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Presentations are at noon and 3 p.m. on The Designers’ Stage presented by HGTV in the Festival Center and are included with Epcot admission.
