KIANGA’S PUBLIC DEBUT — Kianga, the newest member of Disney’s
Animal Kingdom African elephant herd, enjoys her first day in her
new habitat on the savannah on Friday, Aug. 6, 2004. Kianga was
born July 6 weighing 230 pounds and was 33 inches tall. She is
growing daily and someday will be as big as her mother, Vasha.
